Still dying to see it on a 996 w/ hood only. That Boxster pic is fun, but it has the whole 993 front end, so it's hard to visualize.

I pic of the front on a bit of an angle would have been easier, Not to make excuses, but the reflection from the building made it kind of tough too.

It uses an aftermarket hood, available in fiberglass or carbon fiber.

There is a huge Gemballa ad in this months Excellance mag. Looks awesome. Not sure how it would look on a Carrera.

I just got off the phone with Gemballa North America, and they quoted $2275 for their 993-style hood in Carbon Fiber. This will fit all years of the 996 and 986.
