Thumbs up New to 6speedonline

Hi all, I just signed up few minutes ago and wanted say hi. My dad finally purchased his long awaited 911 a few months ago. He got a 2003 Seal Grey C4S. It has approx. 24k on it and runs perfect. All stock aside from the new chrome turbo exhaust tips I just installed today I myself have a 2003 20th anniversary GTI with minor mods, nothing too out there. I am a HUGE euro euthusiast and am looking forward to expanding from my VW knowledge to the Porsche world. My father may occasionally come on here to look up certain things but I will most likely be the one surfing the site and looking for new things to upgrade the 996.

Welcome! Isn't it great to have a dad who's into cars as well? Now get mom involved and you'll get no objections whatsoever when it comes to new toys and modding!

haha she has her touareg v8 that she is happy with but refuses to modify anything. I personally think a nice set of borla mufflers would sound quite decent

as for the C4S what do you guys recommend getting as starter mods? I saw some guys upgraded their air intake to the turbo piece. Is that a direct fit?
