Will an MKII rear bumper from a cabriolet fit my MKI coupe?

I'm sure this has been discussed before but I couldn't find it. Will a rear bumper from a 2003 cab fit my 1999 coupe without any (cutting, grinding, etc...)?

Thanks

You will have to change the exhaust tips as the MK2 bumpers extend out more along the bottom. I have a brand new set of exhaust tips for the MK2. PM me if you are interested in them.
