(Almost) Free Mod: Check your Tires air Pressure!

This morning I took the car for a short country ride and soon noticed that when cornering a bit fast the car was not as stable as usual. Looking for an explanation I decided to check the tires air pressure and found that I had 30 psi on all tires! That is much lower than P recommends (36 front/44 rears for 18" wheels). After increasing to recommended pressures I drove it again and it now it feels like the old P-car I knew.

How I let the air pressures get so low is puzzling. I had new front tires put in not long ago. You would think that at least the fronts would be OK. Under regular (unspirited) city driving you may not notice so here is a reminder: check your tires air pressure!

Don't forget to check the level in your battery as well.
