Good news. Car is all detailed and has h'top on. Bad news we're not taking it to Florida this year. Going to use Cindy's 91 Cab, so we can't hang around with the 996 guys in Florida! :banghead: (sorry for the large pics, but I had to show off my hard work! Oh, and also, can you see the latest AS mod? One other thing. The h'top was on a hoiist all summer and I was warned that there would be an indentation where the clamp held the front of the roof. As you can see, that didn't happen..no marks at all!

Yeah Marc, I know. Still thinking about it. Was all set to get it done when I bought Cindy her Cab, (29,000 original miles) so that blew my Porsche fund. Maybe next year!
But hey, she's happy...and when she's happy I get "rewarded"

Don,
I see you have put on the turbo rear bumper. Any advice on doing it? Did you have to mod and cut the bumper, etc?

Neil, the rear bumper is an ROW TT factory. It dowsn't fit perfectly but did not require any cutting to install. Since I put it on several aftermarket folks have made a TT rear bumper specifically designed for a narrowbody. I think they are fiberglass and I wanted the poly material.

Don,
Looks pretty good to me. Where doesn't it fit properly? Do you have any pictures of this fitment issue? And where did the ROW bumber come from? I have never heard of it. Thanks

Oh, and where did you get the hardtop hanger and how much was it? What stops it from spinning when it is up?

Looks great Don - Misty is the cleanest frickin' cab on the planet...

Question: I'm not sure how you refer to it, but the Center console above the windshield that houses the interior overhead lights - did you paint that or is there one somewhere that is orderable?

Thanks

Jmac
