Spacer Question- Newbie

Im a newbie to this site and have found this site to be awesome for information. Im a fairly new Porsche owner. I have a 02 996 Cab that I bought last summer and Im having a blast with it. Im putting some new 19" wheels on it and when I went to Discount Tire to put some Sumitomo HTR Z III on them, the techs said my wheels didnt fit. I put a pic of the wheel below. They showed me that the wheel rubbed a bit on the calipers. They said there wasnt enough offset. They recommended 5mm spacers. Im looking at some H & R spacers. Any recommendations on spacers. Looks like 7mm is most common. Should I use 7mm for front and 14mm on rears or use the same for front and rears. Any input or help would be really appreciated. Thanks guys!

If you are that close to the calipers, you probably need at least 14mm all around, you do not tell us enough to be sure. FVD has the best prices I've found for spacers with the correct new lug bolts required.

What wheels did you get and what are the actual sizes (width and offset)?
