Interior Question

So my parents thought it would be a good idea to use my car for flower shopping . So now I have dirt all over my car, but that can vaccumed up. I have two problems though. The first, dirt has fallen into the open spot behind the e brake. Is there any way to take the tunnel apart so I can remove the dirt. The dirt isn't affecting use of the e-brake, but I don't think its helping anything sitting there. The other problem is the driver seatbelt does not work. the belt won't go in. I'm hoping its just dirt jammed in there. Is there a way to take the seat belt receiver apart?

Thanks,
Pierce
