Help me with seats and interior trim

Hi all:

I have a new (to me) 2002 996tt, black on black.

I would like to add some boxster red trim accents to the interior. I have a couple of questions and would appreciate your help:

1. GT3 seats in Boxster Red - anyone know where I can find a pair, used or new? Let me know if you have any leads. I would like OEM and expect it will run 4-5K for brand new.

2. Interior trim. The low-hanging fruit, aside from seats, is to put down some fresh mats. Are there any pieces of trim on the dash, console, or doors that are particularly easy or cost-effective to change? Again, boxster red. Your thoughts and leads are appreciated. Thanks guys!

Help me with seats and interior trim

A lot of guys paint their center consoles and radio surround trim. That, with the floor mats would break up the black, nicely. Maybe red seat belts too.

Thank you both. Krazy - that looks great! Did you paint the sills and console yourself? If so, what did you use? I can find OEM red consoles, but no luck on sills so I suspect you painted yourself. Thanks.

There is a silver 996tt with Boxter red gt3 buckets on eBay. I mention this because he says he has the stock seats as well... Perhaps he would be willing to part with buckets.

function first shift ****. heres the link. mine is in delrin with the shift pattern in yellow short version

the cupholder is from sound in motion. it slides in and is very sturdy. i simply painted it to break up the black center dash. its agreed so when its installed the cup holder is flat to the console. works great. only downside i can find is only cone shaped cups will fit since a can will slide right thru
