Does anyone know of a way to remove this old trim off of the window on a Cab? On another site, someone said, just pull or pry it off but I don’t feel so confident about that. Any ideas?

I have already purchased new trim so installation procedure would help as well.

I've been noticing that after it rains a lot under my door speakers are wet anyone else have that problem as well??
