I wanted to thank everyone for their input! My wife really did like the color, however, the seller would not budge on our trade (BMW 135 that he was offering us $25K)...he then became quite insulting and then was almost belittling...I have a feeling that we are going to be stuck with our 1'er and have to be patient for the right deal to come along.

what were you expecting to get for your 135 ?

just curious, if this guy lost a buyer for a couple of thousand bucks he should be shot, hes been sitting on this car forever

 

I would like to get $37-40k or so...It is completely loaded + stickered at 47k...with 5,000 miles on it, it is easily worth it on a trade...

 

you should look at an auction guide to get a realistic idea of what your car is actually worth, that is what the dealer is going to use

unfortunately i expect its not worth what you think/would like it to be worth

 

All good advice here. One thing you need to think long and hard about is the color. I don't think I could stomach the color for very long. The 911 should black or some variation of gray in my opinion.
