My custom rear looks empty without anything!

Dealership charges $500.00 for the 911 Chrome 40th Anniversary Badge. (I know! Right?! )

Anyone know of a reputable website/6SpeedOnline Sponsor where I can purchase this badge/emblem?

BumperPlugs has 'em for about $99.00. Factory 911 logo, Arctic Silver Metallic. It isn't chrome though....

I think the Forty Fast years (40th Anniversary) logo with the underscore looks promising. Which one do you guys suggest I purchase?

if you have a 40th get the 40th if you have a 911 get 911. Personally I looked at this mod and decided to stay with Carrera, but was considering the mat black 911. my .02

 

I have that one ( from suncoast) on my car. Looks perfect imo

 

+1. 40 for 40, 911 for 911. although not a fan of the chrome.

 

go black "911" - black on black would be nice. I got mine for $30 to my door...

 

I wouldn't go black on black unless you want the emblem to be nearly invisible. I replaced my black on Lapis Blue emblem with the silver one, and I'm glad I did. I like being able to actually see it.

 

I have been thinking of getting this as well. Is the 99$ corme one the same size as the dealer one... THere must be a reason P charges 350 for it. I think there's stickes out more, but I dnt actually want that.

 

I opted for the chrome 911 along with an "S"... for future "supercharging"

I just ordered a black 911 for my silver 99 C2 for $33 delivered. God only knows why the silver ones are much more expensive than the black logos. Undecided where to actually put it. Under the Black Carrera emblem. Either side of it, or above the center brake light below the rear window so it can be easily seen as you walk passed the car or from a higher vehicle travelling behind. All vehicles are higher than the 911 lol. I like the last idea best so far but will decide when it comes.

 

I don't get it either. "Carrera" in silver is like $25 but "911" is like $250.
