Opinions for back-up camera

I am looking forward to swapping out the becker for a Kenwood DNX-9140 in my 2001 996. I would like to add a back-up camera during install. My understanding is that the following is preferable:

1. Mirror or reverse image capabilities
2. great than 90 degrees - prefer 110 - 120
3. CCD is better than CMOS
4. Night visions is important, especially if I go with color camera
5. I am undecided as to whether to go wireless

I would appreciate any thoughts on the above or suggestions for brands/models that others recommend. Thanks -

If you want a back-up camera in such a small car I have to wonder at your driving skills.....

But it will allow me to drive frontwards and backwards at excessive speeds - - seriously, I knew I would draw some comments if I failed to explain - I have a long drive way surrounded by cobblestone walls. The highest point is about 7 feet closest to the garage which is built into a hill. Most people do k-turns to get out of the driveway b/c of its odd shape. Perhaps a needless mod, but when installing the headunit it seemed just as easy to gain an additional vantage point so i don't reverse too far into the wall (like my wife and I have both done in her BMW) -
