porsche 996 becker cdr23 speakers do not work

recently blue the fuse in the back of radio and after replacing the radio seems to work ok and displays radio stations but there is no sound,any ideas please

Thanks for the advice above on how to get your serial number without pulling the radio. I called the dealer I have bought some parts from in California and the guy I bought my parts from gave me the code. In my case, I had to hit the up arrow on the tuner to "enter" the code. All is well again in Porscheland.
