Call your closest porsche dealership. They will pull it up for you.

Thanks for the tip, dbTarga, but I kinda already knew that--was hoping scubadawg could crank up his Becker generator and hook me up.

I called the dealership and while they could do it, they said it is pretty common for the dealership to write the code on one the the hood stickers . . . I thought that that was pretty random, but when I popped my hood, low and behold . . .

I saw 4 numbers written in pencil on one of the hood stickers

Couldn't be, right?

Sure enough, my radio fired right up, take a look! Maybe you will get lucky too! KH

I decided the same deal with no reply to from this thread a few months back. I don't know if he is active. Call porsche.. There's nothing wrong with calling and asking them to pull it up for you.

Since I've had my car I've seen some written numbers on the hood sticker and was wondering why someone wrote those on there. Now I know. Thanks

This is the site that you can use to retrieve your radio code if you have the serial number. It requires that Java be enabled. My Anti-Virus software is blocking the app and I haven't figured away around it yet. It might work for you - worth a try.

Unfortunately, the time to get the serial number by using the TP button is before the battery goes dead. You'll have to pull the radio out to get the serial number which is written on the back of the unit.
