Memory Seats Failure

Hello all, I recently bought a 2003 C4 Cab. Previous car was an Audi TT. Wow, what a difference!
My car has seats with memory, but I can't save or recall settings. Also the passenger side mirror does not drop when I put the car in reverse. The power adjustments on the seats work fine. I checked the fuse box and there was one labeled 'memory'. Tested that fuse and it was good. Now I'm stuck. Any input appreciated.
Thanks

If the key fobs have been replaced then the dealer might need to reprogram the memory seat functions to those FOBs. My understanding it is a different area of the programing and get overlooked a lot.

Same situation here. Just bought a 2002 C4C and the controls and buttons works well but at the time want to memorize it on the keys.... Nop....

Everytime I open the doors they get back to somebody else position. Seems that all systems works but the keys does not memorize my inputs.

Suggestions?

I asume that you followed the instructions in the owner's manual for the seat memory and the mirror memory. They are pretty explicit about doing it just right, key in and on, but car not running, etc. Sorry, if I insulted your intelligence on this one, but it is a good question.

hahaha... I know i know. there many people that come here to ask dumb questions even before reading instruction manual, check forum etc. Not my case.

The latest news is that when I click to open at least the seat is not going anywhere. (not sure what I did) Before it was going to the last owner (I guess a mini-me one). But when my wife try her key for her seating position is not going either to her set up.

Don't know, I guess I will end it up at "stealership"

:-)
