When are they telling you it will be back in your hands? What is the estimate for doing the job? I used to live in VA and work in DC, but I was a bimmer head back then and knew of a few shops that did Porsche and BMW. Is the shop in Chantilly or Manassas?

I should get it back in the next week or so. To be honest, I'm going to be travelling around for the holidays so I'll probably just have them hold it at the shop for me until I come back at the beginning of the year. As for the estimate of the job, they're doing some more work on the car beyond the TT kit, so I can't give you an exact figure yet.

Berk I wanna see this badboy when it is done!! There is a local C4S with a GT2 motor in it....I thought that was wild, but you are taking it to the next level.

Kinda concerned if it was running on stock compression... seems high for a TT setup. Still, the amount of power it probably will be pushing is gonna make some TT & GT2 guys wonder what just passed them

HAHAHAHAA - Hey guys, yes, the compression will be stock compression and SERIOUSLY that was a huge concern for me, but will probably be running only about 5 lbs of boost (about half bar), so I'm NOT pushing the engine beyond it's limits really.

 

DEFINITELY for sure brother!!! Have you installed the Bypass pipes yet? Do you like 'em? C4S w/ a GT2 MOTOR....WHOA!!!! That's AWESOME!!!!
