Hmmmm...interesting...

So, twin air-to-water IC's and ( most likely ) blow-through MAF. I'd like to know which MAF has been used and who does tuning. More pictures of IC-MAF-TB, please!

BTW, which air cleaners are those?

While Cats and turbines cut noise effectively, that car will sound quite interesting!

Jiaim - Yes, some headers and cats would make some more power in the car I believe. May do that in the future, but for now, I'll keep it stock until I get used to it.

PacManZ - There's a lot of spooling sound (WHICH I ABSOLUTELY LOVE AND AM INTOXICATED BY). It's not as quiet as the stock turbo cars. I LOVE THE SOUND!!! I'll try to post up some vids.

Dominic - THANKS BROTHER!!!!! THE WHIIIIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE IS AMAZING DUDE!!!!! I'll set something up for all of us to get together maybe NEXT saturday if you can come down with the Turbo'd Cayman S. Your car sounds and LOOKS amazing in those vids dude. Hope all is well buddy!!!!!

pete95zhn - I'll revert to the Tuner to chime in here. I believe they are now sponsors of 6speedonline.com, so I'm sure they'll chime in at some point and can get you the photos and the answers to your questions. I'm a dunce when it comes to the technicality of this stuff. HAHAHAHAHAA. As for the sound, YES, it is not only interesting, but it is also INTOXICATING!!!!! I'll try to get some vids up shortly for you guys.

Berk,

Congrats! Glad it is all done. Now when do I get my ride? I may stop and see it if it is in the shop. I need to head that way on Monday.

drive that beast to Mendocino and I'll buy you lunch!

question: (if asked before I missed it) where will the exhaust go and what will it be?

and, from the looks of it, this car should be on the cover of Road and Track. B, very cool indeed. jl

HA....thanks John. May take you up on that b/c I'd love to see Mendocino. I have no exhaust (I prefer it that way), but IMA Motorsport does make an exhaust for the kit. I just LOVE the noise!!!

I'm working on getting some mags to do a story on the car so if anyone's got some contacts, or are interested, please let me know. Thanks guys!!!!

y'all would have just loved the sound of my SC... pretty much a straight through system... I was banned in several neighborhoods and my wife always said she was warned when I was coming home as she could hear the car about 1/4 mile away. best gift she ever gave me was an amp system that was actually louder than the exhaust. still, she never rode in the car. and right, we live in a pretty rural spot. I think I've gotten a little older and mellowed out some as I'm enjoying the "relative" peace and quiet of the C4S. All best...
