I'm thinking of buying some 996 gt3 seats, the basic adjustable ones that came stock in the US spec gt3s. Could someone who has them give me a quick review of how they are in terms of comfort and how well they hold you. If you upgraded from the stock seats in your non-gt3 tell me how they compare.

i have them. they feel tighter fitting than the regular seats. if you are a larger person, they might be uncomfortable and your bolsters will wear out very fast. if you are small to medium build you should be fine. they grip you in the seat a lot better around corners and spirited drives. the shoulder supports are great too for when yo are holding the wheel at the thumb grips with both hands.

after sitting in these, i cant stand sitting in regular porsche seats.
