Defroster strip/speaker colors

I have a 2000 C4 and the dash speaker grills, defroster strips and vents are black (natural brown interior). I have seen pictures of other cars with these items the same color as the interior. Why is that? Can those parts be purchased painted the interior color and would they be hard to install?

Thanks.

what u see is the factory option full leather interior. all the extra pieces are wrapped in interior matching leather (not paint) instead of plastic. u can't order those pieces without a VIN no. of the car that actually has those option. they are very expensive & take forever to get.
