I get that sound as well.. I always thought it was the water pump or the computer booting up ready for me to start her up.. I never thought anything of it.. hmm now you got me all curious..

Mines like a ticking sound mixed with a little buzz.. Only last a few seconds..

Maybe it's noise from the dash lights coming on
