996 idle issue

at traffic lights, the rpm goes down to 200 rev for a second or two then the idle goes back up to normal.
i have cleaned throttle body and MAF but didn't fix it.
my car is MY00.

What is this?

o2 sensor, theres 4 2 pre cat, and 2 post, so have a shop put it on a scan and see if there all working properly

i have AOS to do the same think to me...or idle sensor

i don't think the AOS coz it doesn't smoke and has no oil consumption,,
where is the idle sensor located?

That is the opposite of my car. My car's idle occasionally goes 200-300 rpm higher then settles down to normal.

Do you have a CEL?

an update,,
i took the car to the dealer,,
they found no codes,,
cleaned the MAF,,
reflash the ECU,,
checked all possible causes,,
chraged me $200,,

later at the same night the car was out,, it happened again and the RPM dropped to 200 revs and back up again,,

i am out of ideas,, please, please, help!
