That is the OE Porsche Centerlock Wheel option for 2010 997 Turbo.
Porsche has been paying attention to the aftermarket.....

I gotta feeling that center lock wheels will be the "next thing" like C/F

Can't wait to see this on a Honda...

Actually, I remember Toora made an attempt back in the day to bring this to the masses but never really took off(poor marketing, compatibility, styles, etc). http://www.groundeffects.com/wheels/tech.htm
