Smile purchased 99 cab auto, have questions

Just purchased

99 c2 cab with tiprtonic, very clean florida car 48,000 mi 2 owner car had a front end accident when 6 months old, no evidence found, paint very nice altho (gold metalic) with black top and interior.
Paid $16,400

Only kicker someone swaped out the premium wheels and put on some old turbo style bland 17" tire wheels.

I just ordered some 19" new style turbo wheels with Honkook tires $1600 total, cant wait to install this week.

Questions

1. Tiptronic fluid level is good it will not upshift past 3rd or 4th in auto mode, when switched to manual all gears work and shift fine?

2. slight engine leak drips on header left side, dealer said tube leak? not a big deal and very common

3. slight engine miss when cold or just started up, seems to clear up, mechanic stated that some oil from the leak may have gotton on 1 or 2 coils.

4. Is a K&N air intake a good add on, the car is stock otherwise.
