Cel! Fualt codes

Ok I have gotten two CEL in just as many days. I cleared the first CEL with my Durametric. I just got another CEL today.

P0430 Porsche fault code 45 - Cat. conv. efficiency bank 2
P0420 Porsche fault code 40 - Cat. conv. efficiency bank 1

Does any one know what these Fault codes are? I can't find anything describing what they represent. Has anyone had this issue?
Thanks

I also just recieved my first code 420. I have Fabspeed 200 cells. Alex from Fabspeed ask me to send my old ones back to be repaired.
At least they are standing behind their work.

If they are factory cats, and you have under 80k miles on the vehicle, take them in for the free swap...

or is that a california only thing?

I love my Fabspeed. It gives it a more throaty sound. And a little more horsepower. Try the new x-pipe cats, up to 20 more horses. Ask for Alex at Fabspeed. Make sure to never use racing fuel, it will void the warranty.
