i guess what i mean to ask is why is this one relatively 10k less than the other ones in the market??

Have a Porsche dealer do a $300 Pre-purchase inspection and if they give it the thumbs up it's a buy!

I don't think it's that insanely cheap is it? Thick end of 50K. Certainly what dealers would buy for I would assume.
