How much do you think is the labor cost for a PSS9 install?
the ROW M030 install took me all day on a saturday, but I worked slow, cleaned up stuff along the way and may have snuck in a beer or two along the way. The toughest part for me was getting the bottoms of the rears to line up with the bolt. Once they did it was easy. The PSS9's or 10's won't require you taking them apart they'll just bolt right in so it should take less time to do.

If I decide to do this by myself. Can I consult with you since we have the same model Porsche, I think. I'll also consult with other fellow 6speeeders but you will be my best bet coz you just did the install. Thank you.
That's not cool. Yeah, be assertive on that. They should've called you before when they found out that it will cost more than their quote. At that point, you could've declined the install and looked for somebody else.
I'd be happy to help where I can, let me know. These are the directions I followed;

I just installed the M030 upgrade in my driveway along with brakes, rotors etc all around. I went really slow and methodical. Took me a weekend and I did not sneak any beer, I drank them in plain sight. I used the same instructions John L used. There is a part that you will need that does not come in the PSS9 kit, some bumper/bushing I think. Anyway, this is a very doable job requires patience and air tools if you have them, a little slower with wrenches. I am having the alignment done for $79.00. This also familiarizes you with your car and you can see just how easy they are to work on.

Coo coo! Thank you bunch. Where did you buy M030? Is it better than PSS9?
I bought my M030 at the local dealer. There may be some left in the country or not. I got the second to last one last month. The kit retails for about $1,500.00 I offered the local dealer $1,200 and he went for it. The ride is much better than stock but still reasonably soft enough for a Sunday drive. I will have it at Watkins Glen for the first time in July to see how it compares to stock. PSS9's are a different animal, much stiffer. If you want a track car, PSS9's, moton's etc are the way to go.

When I checked with Sunset, Suncoast and POrscheoemparts.com about 2 months ago they all had a price of $1,036 plus shipping for the ROW M030, but there were none in the country, maybe in Germany about 4-5 weeks away, or they might have to be "built" in Germany.
Also, I have been told that the PSS9/10's are softer than the ROW M030, but this may be based on the settings on the adjustable shocks on the PSS9/10's.
Yesterday I got the rears of my PSS10's installed, the first side took about 2 hours, the second maybe an hour. Started on the fronts, but I have a C4 which makes it more difficult. Hopefully will finish the fronts today.

I can tell you one thing. The fronts on a C4 are a major pain in the A**. Because of the drive shaft you have to take the wheel carrier out, two ball joints, brake caliper, etc. etc. etc. I finally got the first one out and the new strut in the carrier, but I am going to need help getting it back in. The strut, carrier, brake disc, etc. are quite heavy and I can't lift them into place, line up the studs on the spring perch and get nuts on all by myself. Also have to reinsert the drive shaft into the front differential. Hopefully tomorrow I can finish up the front. I will take pictures of the second side for reference. The C2 front is a lot easier.

Well the PSS10's are in and I just took a little ride. Now my old shocks were basically shot, so anything would have been an improvement, but I can really feel the difference. No more bouncing all over the road. Have them set pretty soft right now, at 4 front and rear. The car is noticeably lower, but I have not measured in yet. I want to let the springs settle in and then I will check the height and get an alignment. I am going to get a write-up done this weekend, with pics and some tips on the install.
