My 1st Porsche...

Okay, I'm realy new to this forum but im happy that there is a porsche community to relate to. I just picked up my 1st pcar about 2wks ago. mine is the C2 on the right with the smoked corner markers and painted rear bumper inserts. The other is my cousins C4.

Well, for a C2 it looks quite personalized already...

But yeah, it could use a little more of something.

what r ya'll thoughts on getting the wheels powdercoated blk satin with the lip just polished clear-coated. A buddy of mine is good friends with the vendor for wheels america who do the wheel refinishing and repairs on wheels so i may be looking at having them done for about 200-300 for the whole set and they will take the wheels apart powdercoat and polish and clearcoat and then reasemble them....

To me, black rims would only look right on a black or white car...a silver/grey car is perfect for chrome. Just my taste.

Don't throw good money at those rims. Not Porsche's finest effort. Save your money for some aftermarket or for one of Porsche's nicer styles. To be fair, I'm not a big fan of my twists either...

i actualy like these wheels and if i bought after market the style whold be the same i'de just go with 19in wheels. these are the 10spoke wheels that have the lugs all the way around the lip. And if i went with a true 3 piece 19" wheel i'de be looking at spending some good money and just dont wana drop 3-4k on wheels and tires

If u want nice wheel...then you'll have to spend that much $$..and that's just the wheel alone...hell I'm still looking for a nice set & they cost around 4K+...I may have to do some sacrifying & pony up the $$..
