MAF blown?

I have been doing some research lately and think it is safe to say my mAF is blown, but was hoping some of you could chime in. I will first start off by saying I have a K&N CAI. About 200 miles after I installed it i recieved the infamous P1130 CEL. I used some CRC MAF cleaner and it seemed to take care of the problem for a few hundred more miles. Well the CEL is back on and I have cleaned the MAF about 3 times with no luck and still throwing the P1130. Is it safe to say my MAF is blown. And if so anyone know where to find one at a resonable price. Thanks in advance.

I would change the MAF and change the filter to a dry oil-free filter. I use a AEM dry filter and it works great. As far as where to buy the new sensor. Pelican Parts is good. I have seen some cheap ones on eBay. Suncoast Porsche is good with prices too.

u may just want to try to use the cleaner one more time, and wipe down the K&N filter just to couble check that the wasnt a huge amount of excess oil on there to begin with...and on another note clean the CAI tube because if the filter is wiped down and u clean the MAF again theres still a good chance of some oil in the tube. From what ive head MAF are pretty "hardy" and ususlay they just need cleaning. Ide try in one more time and run a clean rag through the CAI tube and if all fails then replace the MAF.

I will try it again. I did that on Saturday before going on a drive. I am going to soak the MAF in a pool of the cleaner for about 30 minutes this go round and also try aN AEM dry filter. Is there a way to have an MAF tested to ensure that it is truly blown?

Thats odd because mine runs completely fine. I wonder if it is legimately a blown 02 sensor in my case then.
