The most obvious answer would be a faulty/weak head gasket.

Assuming you're burning oil (not yet convinced) there are a number of possible causes:
- valve seals
- Piston rings
- Gaskets

But as I say *white* smoke is generally burning coolant, which could mean:
- head gasket
- other intermix problems
