What are your thoughts on this wing...
Yeah, both of those wings are a little bit... I don't know, boring? But honestly, who really cares what anybody else thinks. If you like them, then buy them. It's your car!
Hey Paul,
It wouldn't be a bad idea to visit some body kit sites that show the 99 C2 with different wings to get a variety of looks to consider. If you look in Excellence, you'll find several companies that make/sell wings for your car. It's not a performance mod (unless you go with a real racing wing--which is ridiculously high for the street), so pick the style that suits you best and ask around before buying so you're assured the quality is good from the source you choose.
IMO, based on the year of your car, and the fact that you've already got the side skirts, I'd go for the look of the Euro GT3 we didn't get here in the US. There are factory parts from the optional '99-01 aero kit that'll fit your car perfectly, and aftermarket look-alikes, some of which are good quality to consider also. Here's a pic of the real Euro GT3 from your model year.
Hey, when's the next SD meet in Carlsbad?

Dave,
I love the set up you suggested, but that means I have to find a new front bumper too. Which IMO is not cost effective right now. I would rather use the money for suspension. Not to mention I need new set of brake pads (rear) and tires soon.
As for Carlsbad: I heard it will happen 1x a month... but we honestly don't need them... I can rustle up a few guys and we can go for a drive in the foothills any time.

Suspension and brake pads are much more important, so maybe save the wing consideration for afterward, and look at it as a package (front/rear) so you get a nice complete solution.
