Where Is My OIL COOLER ???

Okay i just want to be able to pull off my oil cooler ( oil/water heat exchanger ) on my '00 996 and pressure test it just to eliminate it as the cause of my intermix issure. does any body hear have any pictures of where it is located? Of maybe have a DIY on how to remove it?

GREERJ1 is infamous around these parts
It is on the right side, top at tranny, block connection. To get at it, you will have to remove all the plastic manifolds on the top right side of the engine, or, remove the tranny and get at it from behind. PITA for sure. Here is a link http://dcauto.gotdns.com/illustration/index/454857735
Good luck

You can get the oil cooler off without removing the manifold. Yes it is a PITA but it can be done.
