Well i have to give it to you. I did copy/paste it. It's amazing what those search engines return.

Here is the link.

Sorry yellowbmr and newport, but what drugs are you guys on? yellowbmr, you say there won't be a 997 turbo in your first post, then you post a spy shot of one. Make up your mind! And your first post is mostly old info about cars that are already in production, but you talk about them like they're not. Where did you copy and paste that from?

newport, a front or mid-engined V8 911? A sedan derivative 911? Huh? Those wouldn't be 911's!
This is where i got the news

I'd wait for the next generation 911. 997 is nicer but it doesn't mark a big jump in performance. Interior upgrades and the intro of S are nice but that won't win me over yet.

With all the talks about 997 being a short model, I don't quite understand why P would redesign it completely only to have it be a throw away in 3-4 yrs.

The 997 is NOT a complete redesign. Its tha same chassis, same engine in the base model. The major differences are interior, body panels and suspension. And Eric...WHAT DO YOU KNOW????? What models will they announce? Give up the secrets!
