Clear lens protectors

Does anyone have any experience installing the clear film lens protectors on the front headlights? While I have installed them on other cars, the headlights were all a flat surface where almost all of the water was squeegeed out. Due to the curvature of the lens, this was a bit more difficult.

I lightly heated them up with a heat gun to help them mold better. As of now I am still seeing some internal moisture that is trapped underneath. There are no air bubbles, so I was wondering how long it would take for the water to go away. Does anyone have any idea how long it would take??

I am now working on the triagle cutout pieces along the bottom where the washer fluid comes out. Going to have to make a template first to figure out where the hole needs to be cutout. Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

My 996 have lamin-x. It is now on its 2nd set. The first set was clear. Now, it's tinted. I did not do the installation but there were zero issues when both sets were installed. I know it was very easy and any bubbles will disappear after some exposure to sunlight.

Now, talking about internal moisture. You talking about "inside" the headlights, are you? Well, when I had lamin-x installed on my Cayenne, the headlights got internal moisture that never went away. I thought it might be a defective lamin-x, but when I peeled it off, I confirmed to myself that it is internal. The same shop did the lamin-x install as with my other cars with no previous issues, and it is supposed to be a very easy install as well, so I don't really know how internal moisture got in there.
