suggestions for a steering wheel

I am in search of a steering wheel for a couple of cars.
'02 996 (would like a alum. look) / sim. to gemballa
'05 X5 searching for a dark wood accent

Any suggestions?

You could always go with the factory alum/leather steering wheel. Carnewal, a board sponser, so you can check out what they look like on their site.

carnewal was the one you're looking for...i checked into it last night. click on the link to the right, go to p96, and check out alum/leather models under interiors.

DavidS 996 C2 is infamous around these parts

I saw the new Ruf Steering wheel (Silver/leather) on a Turbo at EVOMS last week and it is the nicest one I have seen yet. If you are looking for something other than the OEM Silver/leather wheel definitely look at RUF's offering.
