Do stiffer motor mounts cause more vibration? I put new motor mounts that are slightly stiffer than the stock ones and it seems like there is more vibration in the cabin especially as the rpms climb. Normal?

I believe the stock ones are shore 40 and solid ones are ....solid. I picked up a pair of shore 60's. My stock one's were shot. I could easily move them side to side without any resistance. I think my vibration is coming from the tranny mount though, not from the stiffer moto mounts.

from time to time I will get a bit of interior buzz or vibration (usually in the door or visors) -- it is infrequent and happens when at idle at a stop; can't notice it when moving or with rpm increase

At $198.75 each for the WEVO mounts ($397.50 for the set -- note that two are needed), I personally would go (as I did) with the factory RS mounts from Suncoast for $399.95 (http://www.suncoastparts.com/product...996performance) and pay the extra $2.45, though the WEVO write-up is a useful description of the underlying theory.
