i have a couple of pictures of the fenders. It was a lot of work cutting, welding and grinding the fenders. Its a lot of work. Give it a lot of thinking. Its not a easy project.

That said, I feel your pain!

Looking forward to seeing the final product!

Good luck!

Sid.

Ps. I also put a turbo decklid with oversized CF wing on mine (have the C4/red S lettering on now but no pics) are you planning to do something like that as well?
What do you mean? Are you talking about the other porsche turbo? i will post a picture of.

are you going to convert your tail too?
I don't know, but to me i'd seem "odd" to have the newest 997 front & oldest (IMO ugliest) rear *no offense*

I hate the old 996 tails...

Looks like it's coming along. I sure hope you got the car for cheap as the mods seem like it's adding up to a 997 territory...

BTW, are you going to get the OEM LED and Fogs? Those are mucho $$ too.

Thumbs up

Wow, you're not kidding about a lot of work! What kind of welding did you used? The aluminum fender is thin so it's easily melt if the temperature is too high.

The fenders i have are not aluminum, but yea when we welded the fenders they did melt a little and became kind of wavy. The guy who is going to paint the car said he will fix that tho.
