cd player won't turn on (do i need code?)

after replacing the battery, the cd player will not turn on now. I heard that i need a code for the cd player if so where could i get the code?

The code card is attached within the original owner's manual. I have a feeling you do not own it. If so, for a nominal fee, a trip to the dealer should remedy your issue.

Renntech's admin/P-car guru has a program that reportedly can retrieve unlock codes for many Becker audio units. Consider joining and following his "lost radio code" thread: http://www.renntech.org/forums/index...howtopic=18982

Otherwise, off to your local *stealer* for their help to unlock the radio. Make sure you get the code, write it down and store it in a secure place (along with your car's key codes...).
