Ya want to pick up chicks get a bad@ss bike (especially if ya don't have a back seat) every girls got a rebel inside!
Most sports cars are viewed with a sense of over compensation (the older I get the more I feel like a ****** in my F360...not so in the P.).
Sports cars are mostly appreciated by other guys (thinking off all the chicks they can get with it)
I think that a good looking car is the 'closer" after you meet the girl not so much before.
Bottom line, most of us whom have a sports car have it because of the way it makes you feel, not to get the girl... all that talking just drowns that beautiful exhaust sound

Chick magnet
I belong to several private clubs in the Los Angeles/Hollywood area and every time the Valet brings up my Pcar I always get a positive comment from the opposite sex. For some reason driving a Pcar people think you have lot's of $$. I have to agree the demographic's on females is 30+. I'm not into cougars yet, but have to say some are pretty hot...damm hot...
its just no good when he pulls the e-brake :P

Do you really have a monkey with you at all times riding around on your Porsche? I've never seen a monkey except at the zoo. You're from LI right? Do you ever go to the Captree or OBI meets? I know its freezing cold, so I doubt people still meet there this time of year, but when it was a bit warmer, I've never seen a Porsche there with a monkey, lol

hey, yeah im on LI and Mr. Toast goes with me anywhere i go, restaurants, shopping, etc.
I havent really been to captree since i was a kid :P maybe this summer ill check it out. Yeah i tend to be sorta private that im rolling around with a monkey. hes legit, he legal, he has all his papers... but i still dont need to have to explain it all to a cop haha :P

Some chick in my apartment complex asked me what type of BMW my car was...and then when i told her politely it was a porsche she snottily said "oh well my boyfriend drives a 3 series". Made my day more than getting a number would have. i love idiots.
Ive gone on a couple dates from girls that liked my car...its more though of me just seeing them looking at it and starting the conversation on my own...It is incredibly fun making up elaborate stories of what i do for a living. no one believes me when i tell them i got it for 24k.

I get thumbs up from Dad's... I have a cab. load my 3 kids in it in the summer put the top down because the fishing poles have to stick out and go down the boat. I would rather have a thumbs up from any women any age.

I was pleasantly surprised to read this post. I bought my P-car just four months ago, and have come to a similar conclusion. To date, this is not a chick-magnet. It's a dude-magnet. I only drive my P-car on my two days per week off. I get a compliment nearly every time I do so. After numerous compliments from the dude's corner, I finally got my first compliment from a chick (or should I say hen [65+]) Chick or hen, I'll take it. And speaking of hens, I did not get laid.

I can say for myself it is very much so a chick magnet. I have been hit on by a group of females with my girl friend in the car. I would say it is even for me between the dudes and females that compliment my car. My girl friend and I noticed every time I have taken my car out I get some kind of compliment. Just say the name Porsche and females will fallow. They know money is attached to the car. That is all they need to know. If your looking to attract the ladies get a loud exhaust like a fabspeed, throw some aggressive looking wheels on the car and lower it. It will give it a more exotic look. the car is in the same class as a R8 or Ferrari. They are all super cars. Yes, there is more Porsche's on the road, but it still has its label of money. I have even had a kid approach me and ask to sit in the car and told me how it is his dream car. Not a Ferrari or R8, but a 911. I can relate cause the 911 was my dream car.
