So i need to get new front brakes soon...I was looking at suncoast and saw a brake pad damper...what does that do? Do i need it? Here is the link. Also since my sensors havent gone off i can reuse them right? Or is it better to get new ones?

Dampers reduce brake noise. Last time I changed pads I did not reuse or replace the dampers...I just sprayed the back of the new pads with anti squeal and was O.K.. Once the sensor activates you have to replace it in order to get the light to turn off.

 

You can reuse them, they don't really wear out.
