rotors porsche 996
I don't think we understand where you are going with this?
Yes, you can get larger discs. Brembo (for instance) sells a 355x32, but with such an upgrade there is the need for larger calipers and pads.
No, I am not aware of any bolt on modest disc appropriately dimensioned to avoid the full monty.

Well, I wouldn't personally try it.
There is a full used front turbo set in the Rennlist classifieds for $800 including discs, pads and rotors.
For the $$$, that may be a more sensible start. At least all you would have to manage is the adaptors.

Go to Parts & Wheels, then 911/993/996 Parts
You'll see it halfway down the page, listed 12/12/2010.

Yes, I understand, but don't see why you would bother trying to fit regular 996 capieprs to turbo rotors.
If you are not planning to have the additional frictional surface of the larger turbo pads and the greater clamping of a larger caliper with bigger pistons, what kind of advantage would there be?
I think you are going in an ill advised direction.
Furthermore, in all likelyhood, if you can't answer the question of the caliper mods yourself, it is unlikely you are qualified to make the mods and wrestle with any fitment issues without creating a wholely and completely unsafe result. No offense, I just don't want to see you kill yourself to spare a few bucks, and certainly not over an upgrade with very little potential advantage.

I have read here on the forum that some have bought the carrera Girodisc discs, which are 340 * 28 front, and rear 330 *24 at a price of $ 1100 (many) and they say that the braking and improved a lot.
Last try.
First of all, the Giro Disc are two piece and you asked for single. Yes, they are a great upgrade, certainly on par with Brembo or better.
Second, they are not a stand alone disc upgrade, they require large calipers and pads.
Please accept that the ad-hoc solution to your calipers will in all probability prove to be an unwise option.
