I'm on my 3rd placement of the XM antenna in my 02 c4cab with little luck. Had it in the front, plastic cowl, then on the dash, and now it's on the outside next to the center brake light. None of these places have given good results, losing signal frequently.

I currently have the small square antenna with an Alpine XM module going into a full blown Alpine system.

So, anyone have a cab with a suggestion? Car Tunes in Farmingdale are the installers.
