My new C4S
Okay, I actually got her this past november. I have been reading a lot on the boards and finally decided to post a pict and introduce myself. I went from a 2003 Mini Cooper S, to a 2003 M3, to the C4S, all in a year in a half. Boy, what a difference between all the cars. I of course love this one the best. She was a 2003, which was a year old at the time and only had 3,000 miles. Black on Black, Small Carbon(which I am adding more), short shifter, new silver hood emblem, very clean and fully loaded. I call her "Elvira", as the show personality girl. The car has curves and beauty but when she wants to, she can bite you back if you if you unders estimate her. Anyway the tinting and the wing from Misha(996wings), was done last week, and as hopefully you agree, she looks great.
I cannot seem to add the pictures, any ideas?

Concerning the differnce between the M3, they are worlds apart, literally. I liked the M for it's stability at highway speeds, meaning that yuo could go 130 in a straight line and not feel a thing, totally amazing. However the seats never felt right, especially the passengers, but the trunk and reaer seating was a huge plus. Other things about the car were, that the wasa very pretty car, but eveyone seems to own one because the resale price took a dump after all the recalls. That is one of three reasons I got rid of the car. The other two were that, I had a recall done, than a engine expire while driving, than after getting back after a month, another recall for the same problem. Not very trustworthy to me at all. The other two reasons were how they drive. The M3 is geared so low, that when you have the rpm's at 4,000 and let go of the gas peddle, the car lungs rearward like the brakes were heavily applied. Meaning when you want to keep revs up there, you either have to shift or play the neck spraining drive style, which sucks. The porsche does not lunge at all, very easy to keep revs constant and a totally beautifully contected ride. There are some back roads that I took the M3 on constantly, and it was very easy to trip her up, The C4S, not a chance, the car is to stable for public roads, very fun. The Porsche maintains a value, is more unique and very easy to drive hard when you want and soft for daily driving without spraining your neck, especially that aweful 2nd gear.
Now if could get those pictures up.

The BMW meet was a mistake, to many kids with there M3's. Kind of felt bad because I had a 2003 M3 for a year than got the Porsche. They were cool but I could tell a little resentful. Did plenty to here so far. New silver hood emblem, front turbo lip(which every C4S) owner should do. It adds stabililty like you would not believe at speeds over 80. C4S wheel caps, rear wing and tint. I am going to do some more Carbon fiber, as the rear center console, the doors and the upper dash/vents kit next month or so. The engine is planned to stay stock as after reading there seems to real advancement in major displacement. She has the short shifter, but adding the carbon ****, and maybe some pedals. I am trying to find a used factory navigation to in. She is the *****(a good way), no doubt.
1) very nice looking car very clean dont muck it up with tons of add ons, unless they increase handling or perfomance
2) I have driven the C4S many times as my best friend has one and find it a bit slow and heavy compared to the M3, I am actually getting an M3 comp first week of April. Even though the Porsche is of course a better looking car I should know I owned 2 of them!
ENJOY!
