Convertible top not working

Howdy. So, I know that I have a convertible top hydraulic fluid leak...The other day, I tried to open my top and the only functioning component was the latch. So, I guessed that my reservoir ran bone dry. I did an emergency Open on the Top Compartment Lid and sure enough, my suspicions were correct.

I filled up the reservoir. After which, the top starts to work again. However, the Top Compartment Lid doesn't open or close. So, now I'm worried I over/under torqued the emergency bolt or something.

Did some searches. Is it just a matter of me getting the top "re-synced"? Or, is there something else that I need to do? Anyone got any ideas?

Did you figure it out? Having the same problem with my lid... Used to emergency proceedure to open it and then the top closed automatically but now the top lid doesn't function. I have to open it manually to let the top up/down. And when I close the top lid compartment, it doesn't lock... Anyone have any suggestions??? Thanks in advance!
