I'm thinking about replacing the factory Bose speakers in the Bose subwoofer box. This factory Bose box is behind the rear seats and is hugh at 13.8 liters (about .5 cubic feet) and is ported at both sides.

I already re-wired the speakers in series (current ohms @ about 4 from 1) and have the PDX-5 running the subs.

I'm thinking about 5" or 5.25" mid-bass speakers from Morel, Focal, CDT or even Tangbang. As anyone upgraded their speakers?

I had my Bose speakers (including the subwoofers behind the rear seats) replaced with Focal speakers. I had a single 10-inch subwoofer installed behind the seats in place of the factory Bose subs.
