Oem GT3 fitment on stock 996 C2??

I have a '99 C2 with the touring suspension and am curious to know if I will have any issue using the 18" GT3 rear 11" and 295/30/18 tire size? If so, are there any modifications I can make for this to work?

I currently use the same size tires with a 11" wide GT3 wheel with a 65 offset. My car sits on Pss9's and I have no rubbing issues.
