New Sound System...In Progress...
Well the car is done. It sounds unbelievable. Crystal clear and full. I'll post some pictures of the center stack as well with the Kenwood. I called the installer on the way home after listening to Pearl Jam Ten "Jeremy" (I went old school) to tell him it sounds like I was at a concert. I'll provide a full wrap up this weekend. The CL6M mids will probably not fit behind stock panels but other CDT mids will according to the installer.

Hello. To do all of the following it was around $2k. Rebuild door panels with factory carpet to add speakers, rewire front rear and sub speakers, provide and install crossovers, build/install small amp rack, install 3 way speakers including custom fab for the mids and tweeters. I provided the sub box but they had to modify it and smooth it prior to installing factory carpet on it. They provided the CDT 3 way speakers, 3 way crossover, speaker wire, factory carpet for sub and doors and fabrication material for the speakers.
I installed the head unit and amp myself. This was $1,000 (Kenwood Excelon 6960 w DVD, Nav & BT + Kenwood XR-4S 4 channel)
So the full set up is about $3k. If you already have door speakers in your car that will save you at least $700.
The shop has a supplier for that carpet. I am sure they can order it and ship it to you with a modest handling fee. (Method Sound, Costa Mesa, CA)

Do you have any phootos of the interior Nav unit? One detraction to my current ride although the head unit is single DIN upgraded the CD holder slots seem redundant with a changer in front. Would love to remove both and install a larger size head unit with Bluetooth and Navigation. If anyone has done this I'd love to hear about the change and experience.
