82targa is infamous around these parts
If anyone else has a similar problem:

I cleaned my OEM Porsche MAF with maf cleaner and a cotton swab (i know everyone says don't use anything to touch the maf) A lot of dirt came off with the cotton swab and the car runs perfect again! Of course I disconnected the battery and had to run the car for a few minutes to get the computer to learn the MAF again. I'm never buying another ebay part for my porsche again.
