Horn, 12V plug, CD Changer all not working

I'm just curious if anyone has a solution or any hints. I think these may be intertwined issues but not sure.

Also the roof doesn't always close the last 1 inch but I think this is one of the panels that triggers the final shutdown. This problem I can tackle myself but the 3 issues above are what I'm very curious about.

TIA for any help 6speeders!

What happened when you checked the fuse?

When I replaced the horn fuse it would blow once I started the car again.

It sounds like you have a short somewhere. Im guessing that there might be a wire pinched or loose causing it to blow . Not 100% on this but I am a arcade repair tech and usually when I am working on a pinball machine and there is a string of lights out or section of the playfield not working due to the fuses instantly blowing its because its not properly grounded or there is a loose wire not allowing a complete connection. Im not sure is the wires that controll all of these things in the same wiring harness . I know this isnt the best advice but it is a start. Sometimes its a loose connection but i bet its a wire issue
