2003 CS4 996 stereo install
I installed a stereo in my new car (new to me of course). I got the car last month. I love it!
I have gotten lots of great info off this forum, much thanks.
Here's what I installed.
Alpine iDA-X305S head unit. iPod only, no CD.
JL Audio CS-400x (4" coax) in front dash
JL Audio C5 tweeters. in front dash
JL Audio C5-650 (6.5" woofer with separate tweeter and x-overs) in front doors.
JL Audio subwoofer box laying on back seat. Just temporary. Making a
StealthBox next week. It will replace the factory enclosure that was on rear package shelf. Two 13.5" thin line woofers will be used, hopefully.
JL Audio XD 600/6 amplifier. Powers door and dash speakers.
JL Audio XD 600/1 amplifier. 2 of these for subwoofers.
