removing litronics??

I had an incedent today where a rock flew and cracked the housing on my headlights.

Does anyone have any idea how these are removed??

I pulled back the carpet area and noticed three rubber covers that expose an allen head but I wasnt sure if they were part of the assembly.

In your Porsche tool pouch, you will find the allen wrench that will fit into the allen head that you found. In your owners manual, there are instructions which should help you out. Pulled/pushed the right way, it loosens the entire headlight.

I didn't know that you could replace the outer housing on the headlight....could you elaborate more on this? I have a few scratches on my right headlight outside housing that I wouldn't mind getting replaced, if possible.

Thank you for the reply, I was under the assumption that the allen screws are part of the disassembly but since I do not have the owners manual nor the tool I didn’t want to move forward without asking the question first.

I plan to replace the complete assembly not the outer housing…

Thanx Again
